Upliftment

Our mission is to learn about, teach and play rugby; to engage in new friendships and celebrate others' differences. We are committed to the ethics of inclusion, mutual respect and consideration, fair and safe play on the field and providing a harassment-free sporting environment.

Realising that it is important to rain and develop rugby players from all walks of life, especially youth who have no had the opportunity to learn the game of rugby, due to social or financial reasons, we are currently in a “Rebuilding Phase” and our short term targets include:

• We will establish a satellite Club “Cosmos Diggers Rugby Club” in Cosmos City North of Randburg.
• Setting up training programs in schools where to date no proper rugby coaching has been given
• In 18 months time we will have our own Rugby Academy up and running which will include Academic Tertiary Education as Standard and we will produce excellent Players, Coaches and Referees. From our Academy we will provide a Coaching Service to schools in our immediate area and there 46! Encouraging players to our Club.
